Membership, cancellation & refunds.

What membership includes

Scene of the Crime offers educational true crime documentaries, interactive scene reconstructions, and supporting evidence archives. Membership gives you personal access to the content marked for members while your subscription is active. Episode 1, including its scene walkthrough and evidence, remains free.

Plans and renewals

Monthly membership is $5 USD per month. Annual membership is $50 USD per year. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Stripe processes payments and provides billing documents.

Plan changes through Manage billing show any prorated charge or credit before you confirm. The library will grow as new episodes are published; membership does not promise a particular release schedule.

Cancel anytime

Open your account and choose Manage billing & invoices to cancel. Cancellation stops your next renewal, and access continues through the end of your paid period. Canceling does not automatically request a refund.

14-day refunds

You may request a full refund of a membership charge within 14 calendar days of that charge, including a renewal. Email support@sceneofthecrime.tv from your account email and include the charge date or invoice number. Please do not send card numbers or sign-in links.

When we issue a refund, we cancel future renewals and end access associated with the refunded membership period. Refunds go to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on your payment provider. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Using the material

Membership is for personal viewing and exploration. It does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute the videos, source materials, or scene assets. Reconstructions illustrate the available record and may include disclosed uncertainty; they are not photographs of historical events.
